DIY Valentine's Advent Calendar- Counting Down the Ways I Love you

Counting down the ways I love you...

Make a Valentine’s Day Countdown Calendar

It's so hard to wait for holidays when you're a kid, we think this is a fun way for a Valentine's Day countdown.

We try to celebrate most - AMERICAN * BAHAMIAN * NORWEGIAN HOLIDAYS
(This was our Christmas advent calender)

The boys and I had fun making this together.  We originally started with the thought of a Christmas Advent Countdown and thought it would be a fun activity to use it for a Valentine's countdown too. We used small long sticks from our yard, ribbon, stickers, hot glue and hot glue gun, scrapbook paper or card stock.

We think this is a fun way  for a Valentine's Day countdown.

We wrote down some fun, loveable things to do together and put them in envelopes for the coutdown.  Some of the things the boys picked:

 - Heartshaped american pancakes for breakfast

- Movie night

- Finding heart shaped things outdoors
- Heart shaped cookies and getting to decorate them
- Call a loved one just to say I love you and care about you

                                      Love from us

Delicious Caramel Candies

I love anything caramel. It's delicious on its own or pairs well with chocolate or anything salty.   Warning these can be addictive...
